How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your Imeegi account, email us from your registered email address with the details below. We use your registered address to verify that the request is genuinely yours.

What Will Be Deleted
Once your request is verified, the following will be permanently deleted:
- User account
- Profile information
- Uploaded creatives
- Device associations
- Subscription information (if applicable)
- Other personal data associated with your account
What May Be Retained
Certain records, such as invoices, payment records, or logs, may be retained for the period required by applicable laws and regulations.
Once verified, your account and eligible data will be deleted within 30 days.
